We ordered 2 Kebabs and both were not warm in the middle, cheese was not melted, and the meat inside the kebab was not warm, and service was too quick. I understand it is busy, they should at least take time to ensure quality food all around, when plenty of staff are there.
Travelling North on the Hume Freeway on Boxing Day, and against my better judgement, my family & I reluctantly stopped at the Euroa Roadhouse precinct for lunch as we expected the queue for service at all the different vendors would be laboriously slow.Three of members of the family decided to have meals from Mustafas, whilst the fourth family member opted for McDonalds.Although the queue was reasonably long compared to an average weekend patronage, we were pleasantly surprised how quickly the patrons were being served. Once we placed our order we received the completed order within 2 minutes.Granted, the number of staff members was more than usual; it was evident that the partners and their offspring were assisting with the counter service, food preparation and distribution. Nonetheless it was 10/10 from this patron on the pleasant & courteous service received from the counter staff and the freshness and well presented kebabs served.Keep up the good work.
This place is located inside the Euroa Shell Coles Express petrol station/truck stop service centre they have been there a fair while now the kebabs are reasonably priced very clean and of a high quality friendly staff there is lots of parking for both cars and trucks and caravans at this location right off the highway good toilet facilities and also clean shower facilities for truck drivers try one of the Kebabs next time you're there you will be pleasantly surprised
