I first attended this studio after a surgery back to 2016 as part of my rehabilitation. Fiona, (an experienced facilitator), was very helpful to guide me through the 10 week recovery journey. Fiona was able to identify my level of strength and instructed me to try different workout. I recently start joining the class again and really enjoy every session as Fiona always throws new challenges to boost up my stamina. Also, the studio offers meditation and Bosu. Highly recommend them all!
