I witnessed the shop attendant show no interest in helping a lovely elderly lady find some nice warm pants for herself. Not only did she lose a sale but she was extremely unfriendly about helping or suggesting somewhere for the lady to go so she could find what she was looking for. Very unprofessional!! Poor old lady.
