If you like being lied to and ripped off, this is the place for you!! Bonus points if you love high pressure tactics while your car is in the air with the wheels off so you are unable to leave!!! Here are my photos of my dangerously worn and cracked tyres I was coerced into replacing by Damien and co at this business. They told me if I drove on them they would fail. I photographed them because I was sceptical, having had a slow leak repaired only two weeks before at my local tyre specialist in my home town, and nothing was flagged then. However I was helpless seeing as I was mid journey and they basically had my car hostage with the wheels off. They gouged me to the tune of over $400 to replace perfectly good Kuhmo tyres because I had the misfortune to come across them after my steering had developed a slight shimmy while driving down the Hume Fwy. The reality is they probably just needed some air but instead I drove out, four hours later, on cheap and nasty Kenda tyres I was charged double the RRP for!! Fun times!! So if you really love being bent over, and throwing away money, give these guys a call, theyll make your day. Its been two years since my shafting and Im still thinking about it.
Damien is always lovely to deal with and takes care of my car so i dont have to worry about it - he even helps me work out how to budget what i need done well in advance.
Owner is extremely rude, incompetent and money hungry. Will over charge for a repair and it will not get done correctly. Leaves apprentices to do jobs alone and without supervision which is a main cause of many issues. Have seen owner abuse staff and customers including myself. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
